-48

When the windchill is -48*C:

-your breath condenses before it leaves your nose
-the city is covered with a frost haze, from all of the car/building exhaust. It looks like fog, but it's an evil sort of fog
-exposed skin freezes in 5-10 minutes
-you want to keep your face bits covered
-your bus will inevitably either be late, or just not come at all
-there will still be just as many people on the sidewalks, and riding the bus as always
-after getting to work in the morning it will take you a good 3 hours to lose the chill
-the last 50 steps to your front door will be the coldest time
-Matt looks like thisThe temperature minus the windchill:

    -48, eff, that's cold.

I won't bring up that we've had such an unseasonably warm winter here that today's -2 felt cold to me...

    Stupid buses.

You're little black riding hood, ahaha. And an evil sort of fog is the only kind of fog that's worth anything.

    Keep warm!
